Alex Santillana (Chair)

Alex Santillana as Technology Executive has had a successful career in the technology and business fields. Throughout his career, worked at Volkswagen, Pfizer, Cadbury Schweppes, Accenture, Zimmer Biomed, Microsoft and Ralph Lauren. He is involved in philanthropic initiatives, including serving as executive sponsor for the Hispanic and Latinx community at Ralph Lauren. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Global Management. Additionally, he has completed certificates in Global Leadership and Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School, among other professional certifications. Alex enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new cultures. Alex believes in the power of diversity and inclusion and strives to create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
