Ana Jimenez

Ana Jimenez joined the Hispanic Access Foundation in January 2024 and currently serves as the Networks Manager. In this role, she provides administrative oversight and support to Hispanic Access’ Leadership Network, Regional Centros, and the Hispanic Access Leadership Institute. Ana plays a key role in connecting leaders and partners to the organization’s core initiatives, programs, and engagement activities. She also collaborates with the Development team to identify and match network leaders and partners with opportunities for new projects and works closely with the organization’s Salesforce Developer to support network data management.

With a strong background in relationship building, program coordination, and organizational development, Ana is dedicated to advancing Hispanic Access Foundation’s mission and strengthening leadership within Latino communities. Before joining Hispanic Access, she worked as a trustee liaison and government relations specialist for The Nature Conservancy. Ana has over ten years of experience in the nonprofit sector and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Fort Hays State University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas.
