The MANO Project
A Legacy of Leadership
For over a decade, the MANO Project helped launch more than 800 Latino professionals into careers in conservation and public service, building a strong national network of leaders and partners in collaboration with agencies such as the U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
While the program has now concluded, its impact continues to shape the future of Hispanic Access. We are building on that foundation—designing a new generation of career pathways that expand access, strengthen advancement, and connect Latino talent to opportunity across sectors.
