Keila Vizcarra is a public affairs specialist for the U.S. Forest Service at the Angeles National Forest in Southern California. She is a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s in Journalism and a minor in Spanish-language journalism. Her experience and passion for editing, design, and storytelling has led her to intern at Self Help Graphics and Art, the Southern California News Group and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. She also held a communications internship with the Forest Service through Hispanic Access Foundation. Keila grew up in the high desert of California and now lives in Los Angeles.
