Camila Díaz Grajales

Camila Díaz Grajales is a third-year Environmental Science student at the University of Puerto Rico. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico, an island full of biodiverse ecosystems but with limited access to education about them. Camila began participating in environmental outreach and conservation efforts as early as 6 years old with the encouragement of her family, who supported her early passion for the environment. She likes to spend her summers teaching at environmentally immersive summer camps and hiking trails in El Yunque National Rainforest. Her goal is to complete a Master's degree in Wildlife Management and protect the environment by educating communities.
