Two weeks into my Resource Assistant position and I’ve been pleased as Punch to be partnered up with the Forest Service. I've been planning and meeting with colleagues who are committed in generating solutions towards a better recruitment strategy. Although I work remotely, this position is allowing me to share personal experiences with the Eastern Region Team and identifying blind spots Region 9 is facing when it comes to recruitment. Game Plan is in play as I continue to work hand in hand with colleagues to target barriers and implement a plan!
