Koralis Reyes Maldonado

I am a biologist and environmental scientist interested in climate change mitigation and adaptation, specially through forestry and agroforestry. I would like to acquire the skills needed for environmental project management and creative facilitation to accompany organizations focused on achieving food sovereignty. My dream is to see the island striving with healthy communities and ecosystems. I would say that my mind excels at the critical thinking required in environmental sciences and my heart feels at its best when connecting stakeholders, writing and conducting outreach. Besides having technical and scientific knowledge, I am a person who approaches life through values of deep respect, honesty and empathy.
